"My experience at the Borgata was bad from the momet I arrived till the moment I left. Valet parking was a nightmare, they were rude and whoever assisted me spoke little english if any at all. It took over an hour to get my luggage to my room. When calling to check up on my luggage Customer Care was rude and the Bellman didnt know where my luggage was. Upon leaving, I found that they had no idea where they parked my car because the info on the ticket displayed a different cars info than mines. Everyone was clueless as to what was going on and continuously passed the buck. The only thing enjoyable was dinner on the patio at the Metropolitan. "
"I was in the casino on July 24th and I was playing the Pai Gow Poker, and the dealers they were very rude It's seem to me if the dealers makes mistake He or She is allowed to change the cards after they uncover all the players card, but if we do the mistake we are not allowed to change, also we can talk to other players, I thing that is wrong because we come to play and enjoy to talk to others players that is nothing wrong about that, but it seems in your casino we can talk to anybody the only thing to do is play. I go every month and play at Bally's there the dealers they'r very friendly. That was the first time that I visit the Borgata and I was very dissapoint."
