The Music Pier in Ocean City is both an historical landmark and a platform for outdoor public entertainment in one of southern New Jersey's premier tourist towns. Each summer it plays host to musical performances of various genres and recognition, from local students to professional symphonies. Ocean City is bustling with visitors from around the world, who flock to the city to enjoy the famous boardwalk, specialty shops and restaurants for which Ocean City is renowned.
I grew up at the shore & have gone to this boardwalk & the Music Pier for events every year for the last 10 years. It's my all-time favorite boardwalk - lots of things to do, but not rowdy or inappropriate for children. Most beautiful beach. Great amusements and restaurants.
