This restaurant has been located on Atlantic Ave for almost 20 years, but has seen new life with the opening of the Tropicana's Quarter right across the street. The small Italian eatery has a nice, unassuming dining room with fairly large bar near the entrance. It gets surprisingly busy on weekends, but most times reservations aren't a problem. Dishes include pastas and fish, but most of the memorable dishes such as Ossobucco ala Romana and Veal Milanese involve veal and other chops. The family-owned restaurant has a nice atmosphere and one of the owners is usually on hand to make sure everything is done just right. Although the food is tasty, you might be surprised at how the bill adds up after dinner. Prices are comparable to one of the nicer casino restaurants.
