Carmine's is a New York culinary landmark that's opening its first location outside NYC. Located in the Quarter at the Tropicana, Carmine's serves enormous portions of Southern Italian dishes in a big and airy dining room. The restaurant has a long bar with dark wood finish, high ceilings and walls decorated with family photos as well as some portraits of famous Italian-Americans such as Rocky Marciano and Dean Martin. The atmosphere is one in which you'd feel equally comfortable in jeans or a suit. The menus at Carmine's are posted on the wall, which helps foster the familiar mood. The dishes are served family-style in heaping portions large enough for two...or three. Seriously, the Loster Fra Diavolo is served in a bowl that's about two and a half feet wide! Carmine's is ideal for large groups or bachelor parties. In addition to the great food and atmosphere, they have an excellent wine list featuring premium wines and some private labels. Come hungry.

New Years Eve at Carmines!!!
