Located in the basement of an historic Atlantic City home, Chef Vola's is truly one of Atlantic City's best-kept secrets. There's not even a sign on the building indicating that you've found the restaurant - you've just got to know. Reservations are essential and can be quite difficult to secure. It's possible that you'll have to wait months before you get to taste some Chef Vola's eclectic Italian and European dishes. The menu changes weekly with daily specials emphasizing chops and the homemade pasta. The tantalizing element of exclusivity and outstanding dishes make Chef Vola's ideal for romantic special occasions. Leave the children at home; the small intimate dining room is not the best place for kids. Save room for the frozen banana cream pie. Credit cards are not accepted.
Everytime we are in A.C. for what ever business we make sure we take our guest to experience Louie and Family. They can keep the glitter on the Boardwalk because A.C. is nothing without a visit to "VOLA". I have eaten in some of the best and "Vola" is at the top. ....Click Here for the full review
Come hungry and share. Save room for dessert. Bring a bottle (or 2) of red Tuscan wine. Relax and enjoy the hospitality.
