"Everytime we are in A.C. for what ever business we make sure we take our guest to experience Louie and Family. They can keep the glitter on the Boardwalk because A.C. is nothing without a visit to "VOLA". I have eaten in some of the best and "Vola" is at the top."

| "Come hungry and share. Save room for dessert. Bring a bottle (or 2) of red Tuscan wine. Relax and enjoy the hospitality. The basement atmosphere reminded me when I would eat at my friend Phil's house in Newark. Every meal was in the basement with the 3 other families in the building. Make reservations before you leave. | "Make sure you call for reservations for this intimate dining spot in Atlantic City. There's no address or sign to let you know you've arrived at the right place but make sure you get there! The house salad is absolutely delicious. One of the specials was shrimp francaise .. the shrimp were jumbo size and the batter was delicious. You must save room for dessert. Their ricotta pies sounded to die for but we had frozen banana pie and frozen chambord pie. Absolutely melted in your mouth. We decided we'll make the drive every once in awhile just to have dinner there!" |

"It reminds me, so fondly, of the great Italian neighborhood restaurants in New Orleans which are, sadly, a thing of the past. The close knit enironment, the warmth of the hospitality, and the divinely tasting food place me in another time and another era. The freshness and quality of the ingredients combined with the talents of the Chef can offer you an evening unsurpassed."

"I first went to Chef Vola's in January. Having visited Italy several times this restuarnt is as close to Roma as you can get in the US! I have reservations soon, and greatly anticipate whatever is on the menu! Do not go to AC without making reservations here - and don't worry if your cab driver doesn't believe he's dropping you off at the right resturant - go in, it's there! "

"My boyfriend and I frequently travel to NYC from our home in Los Angeles but never w/out stopping at Chef Vola's for dinner! Their food is outstanding and the Esposito family makes you feel like you're dining in their home. We told our friend Melissa R. from Richmond, Virginia about Vola's and now she's a regular too!"

"I've been trying to go here for many years, but have never been able to get a reservation enough in advance. On a hunch, my wife and I tried to get in WITHOUT a reservation, and could be seated at 9 pm. So, we came back at 9 and had a fantastic meal. I absolutely LOVE their homemade desserts."
