A lot can be said for a restaurant that cooks their ribs for 7 hours. Corky's Bar-B-Q has been a delightful addition to the Atlantic City scene. This Tennessee based company has brought southern Bar-B-Q to Tropicana's Marketplace. The eatery is accessible form inside the casino or the boardwalk. Whether it's ribs, chicken or big burgers you're after- Corky's has it on their menu. Tasty appetizers and side dishes also add some extra zest to meals here. Service has been known to be slow at times, so be prepared to be patient. Dine-in or take-out options are available. The bar scene at Corky's is happening from time to time, but it is not a mainstay on the nightlife circuit. Occasional live music helps get the mood going, but people are here to eat, not socialize.
Delicious southern barbeque in Atlantic City, right on the Boardwalk. Not quite as good as the original Corky's in Memphis. The pulled pork and barbeque chicken are very good, the ribs are good but could be a little better.
