Named after Taj's president and CEO Mark Brown, Mark Anthony's offers gourmet Italian cuisine in a romantic setting. Enjoy fine Italian cuisine such as the Arogosta Alla Fra Diavolo, which consists of lobster tail meat sautéed in olive oil and garlic, flavored with white wine and brandy, sprinkled with crushed red pepper and gently braised in tomato sauce, served over fettuccine ($42). Other favorites include the Granchio Alla Veneziana, jumbo lump crabmeat sautéed with garlic, shallots and tomato, deglazed with dry vermouth, flavored with basil and served over angel hair pasta ($33).
