The stately setting of Nero's Grill offers an array of fine foods to tantalize the most discerning palates. Nero's serves the best such as hand-selected Imperial Valley lamb from Colorado and Hawaiian blue prawns. Guests are advised of special offerings such as stone crabs flown in daily from Florida, Hawaiian bluenose snapper or Hamachi tuna. The classics, such as the 22-ounce porterhouse steak, 8- or 12-ounce filet mignon, rosemary-crusted grilled lamb chops, spectacular 18-ounce grilled veal chop with cabernet sauvignon sauce and white truffle oil and massive New England lobsters are great favorites with returning guests. A unique appetizer offering that draws visitors back to Nero's time and again is the pan-seared foie gras and sea scallop with grilled mango and cabernet glaze. Desserts include a devastating warm chocolate cake with a liquid center, lighter-than-air flavored cheesecake and dessert soufflés; chocolate, Grand Marnier, banana or coconut and many more. Nero's accommodates private parties of up to 60 guests and can arrange for special orders from Beluga caviar to Kobe steaks from Japan.
