N.O.W. or Noodles of the World is nestled in among the slot machines and table games at the Borgata. It's easy to miss this culinary delight, but those that find it will be clued in to one of the casino's only sure things. N.O.W. offers a small but well varied menu featuring dishes such as General Tso's Chicken and Beef Chow Fun. The restaurant also offers a selection of noodle dishes in broth that are absolutely fantastic - you can't go wrong. The seating is more Asian style with parties sharing tables. It's worth noting that N.O.W. is open till 2am on weeknights, making it one of the best late-night restaurants in Atlantic City.
Take it from someone who was born in Taiwan and has traveled worldwide enjoying various cuisine, the beef noodle/broth dish is one of the best I ever had. Noodle Dishes
The noodle dishes in broth are not only fantastic they are an exceptional buy. It is worth going to Atlantic City just to eat here. It is also probably the best buy in Atlantic City
