"I thought the food at this restaurant was fantastic. However, the waitress we had was not. When the food was served she never came over to see if any fresh pepper or if anything else was needed before we started eating nor did she come back to see if everything was okay. I was very upset by this and asked to speak to the manager who didn't seem to be very concerned about my complaint. "
