The sister property of Ventura's Greenhouse in Margate City, Ventura's Offshore Café is an intensly popular bar and restaurant that specializes in big martinis and even bigger meal entrees. The upscale barroom is dominated by a large, oval-shaped, mahogany bar, with four TVs and plenty of seating room. The spacious dining room offers a comfortable mix of tables and booths, complete with an imposing brick fireplace to enhance the rich ambiance.
Ventura's is renowned for serving outstanding American and Italian cuisine at affordable prices. Sample the Peppers Molina, Mussels Marinara (awesome!), Steamed Clams, or Coconut Shrimp for an appetizer. Pub fare includes salads, sandwiches, burgers, roast pork, and more, while dinner entrees range from steak, chicken, veal, seafood and pasta specialties. Ventura's also has a large wine, liquor and beer selection, both for in-house spirits and for takeout. Plenty of free parking in back of property. Open 11am-2am.
WE went for lunch and not only was the food great tasing and wonderfully presented, there was plentiful portions. Service and atmosphere was excellent. The spicy onions served with the pork sandwich is a delightful surprise. ....Click Here for the full review
