The Comedy Stop showcases nationally and internationally renowned comedians, many of which advance to television or film careers. A variety of talents with outstanding comedic skills perform straight stand-up, comedy magic and juggling, impressions and musical parodies.
The new location at the Quarter is arranged nicely, allowing you to sit close and potentially participate in the show or hang back and enjoy your cocktail and a couple of chuckles.
Friday Night is Locals Night;Two tickets for $23.00 and a free bag of popcorn with proof of Atlantic, Cape, or Ocean County residence.
Showtimes are Sunday - Thursday at 9 pm and Friday - Saturday 9 & 11:15 pm. Ticket prices are $22.00 Sunday through Thursday, $22.00 Friday and $25.00 Saturday.
I've always loved going to the Comedy Stop at the Trop, but it seemed pretty old last time I visited. I've heard the Trop is going to open up a new venue at "The Quarter", and its about time!!!!
