Located just across the 9th Street Bridge from Ocean City, and only minutes from Atlantic City, Gregory's has been family-owned and operated since 1946. Both the barroom and the kitchen are local favorites. The atmosphere is laid-back and cozy, with two separate dining areas, two separate bars, and some of the coolest bartenders and food servers in the business. As a nighttime hangout, the place is hit-or-miss; at any time during the night it could be completely packed, or totally dead. Naturally, the heavy crowds come during the summer months.
Gregory's is famous for their Taco Tuesdays & Thursdays, where patrons can get two giant tacos for a dollar and a pint of Dos Equis beer for $1.50 (Sept-June). Partiers love their three-beers-for-a-dollar special, which takes place every Wednesday, and all night! The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11am-2am, serving lunch, dinner, munchies and cocktails. Cuisine ranges from appetizers to sandwiches to delicious seafood entrees and much more. Menu changes weekly, offering international fare throughout the week. Most meals range in price from $10 - $20.
My friends and I frequent Gregory's on a regular basis. You can't go wrong with this local favorite. On Wednesday, you can get 3 7oz. glasses of Miller Lite for a $1. You can't beat that deal.
