The Gypsy Bar is a great place to hang out and listen to live Latin music. There are only 87 seats in the house, creating an intimate, laid back atmosphere. It gets a bit crowded, especially on weekends, so if you see a free table - grab it. There's a beautiful backlit bar, dark woods and colors, earth tones and patina finishes that serves great cocktails such as pomegranate margaritas and Gypsy Sangria (it's terrific) as well as 80 tequilas and 15 beers. The menu features such hearty dishes as Gypsy Chili, as well as satisfying soups, signature French Fries, and sinful desserts like the Lucky 7 Devil's Food Brownies.
The Gypsy Bar emits an aura of old world passion and indulgence. The staff if atractive, charming, and as fun-loving as the crowd. An absolute "gotta go there" kind of place. ....Click Here for the full review

tough to get a drink
Just like all of the other places at the Borgata, this place was packed. The place was understaffed, which meant it took about 30 minutes to get a drink. However, the live music and decor were excellent. I wouldn't mind going back, if it wasn't so crowded.
