Proud Mary's is known for having a huge liquor shelf. It is a rare occurrence that a customer waltzes in and orders a drink that cannot be made. What's more, Mary not only bartends quite often, but she prides herself in holding a wide selection of top-shelf liquor, a pleasant surprise for the cocktail connoisseur. Make no mistake: this historical establishment caters to all types, from the draft beer drinker to the chocolate martini sipper. Proud Mary's serves a variety of pub fare, and all of the hot meals served are homemade! Two pool tables, TVs and a photo "wall of shame" add to the entertainment.
Proud Mary's offers a variety of drink specials, including their Bucket of Beer special which consists of five beers for five dollars (this often includes a free sixth beer). During the NFL season, the bar offers $1.50 pints of Miller Genuine Draft 24 hours a day, seven days. Mary's is also constantly raising money for various local charities.
Living in a city that is "Always turned on" finding a bar is not a problem. Finding a good one can be. For a small family owned & operated bar you cant find a better selection of liquor anywhere in the city. Not to mention the awsome home cooked food. This Place is a HOLE
I visited this place a few times in October because I was doing work next door. Let me tell, this place is horrible. I've been to some dive bars in my time, this one's got the award for the most boring.
