Schooners is renowned for showcasing local live music in one of the largest and most accommodating venues in town. Three different levels, three billiards areas, a separate dining room, a large stage and dance floor, 14 televisions, a jukebox, a full dinner menu and more are available nightly. A friendly staff, great drink specials and affordable food prices make this place the perfect nightspot for patrons on any budget. Live music is 90-percent local, and the best bands in town play here - blues, rock, funk, punk, jazz and cover bands. (Cover charge varies, but rarely goes over $5). I VISITED THERE OCCASIONALY ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY A FIGHT BROKE OUT AND THERE WAS BLOOD EVERYWHERE PUDDLES NO ONE ASKED IF WE WERE OK APPARENTLY THE GUY HAD A GUN.
